Doorstep loans (home credit loans) are convenient for people who may not have easy access to a bank or those who prefer a more personal approach to finance. After receiving a decision in principle using our Loan Enquiry Form, one of our friendly agents will call you to arrange a home visit if it is safe, or they will complete the application with you over the telephone. Our primary repayment method is for your assigned agent to call to your home on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, though we now offer alternative repayment options.

We undertake affordability checks throughout the application process to ensure the amount you borrow is within your means. We offer a friendly and personal service that helps us to get to know our customers. This allows us to lend responsibly, helping customers avoid taking on debt that they can’t afford, which can lead to financial stress and hardship. Every application is dealt with on an individual basis and we will consider people who have had a bad credit history.
